About Management Two, Inc.
Management Two, Inc. was established in 2001. Company founder and president Scott Sutton recognized that integrating construction and technology up front in tenant improvement and buildout projects meant better results.

His formula for a better approach was simple: Construction Project Management + Technology Project Management = Management Two, Inc.
Construction & Technology Project Management
  • M2i manages national and regional projects for clients in a wide range of industries, including insurance/financial services, commercial property management, manufacturing, retail and legal services.
  • M2i is based in suburban Chicago, and has a solid network of contractors and vendors across the US. The company has completed more than 1,000 projects, ranging from a 6 week "fast-track" relocation/buildout to a national construction rollout of checkout stations for a major retailer.
  • Prior to M2i, Sutton worked with Catalyst Consulting Group. He formed the Smart Structures group, which designed and implemented advanced technologies for new construction, and provided technology audits.

Clients include Metlife, JC Penney, White Hen Pantry, Manulife, Lincoln Properties, Foley & Lardner and Fibre-Craft.
